Music in May

Thursday (15th January 2009) at their AGM the Choir presented me "Christ Church Challenge" with a cheque for £500.00.  This donation was from their Music in May concert, which we all know is a success and very much look forward to each year.

Christ Church Challenge are very much appreciative of the hard work put in by the choir and their contribution in so many ways to the support of our Church.  The recent cheque from our Bowling Club for £200.00 highlights also the support of so many from the church.  We have been blessed with a congregation that responds to the needs of the Church and the community as a whole.  The CCC committee thanks everyone for this generous support which as you know will go towards funds for the replacement of our Church roof.

A cheque was also presented to David Robinson, Outpatient Services Co-ordinator (Cancer Services, Belfast City Hospital) by the Choir.
